Located in Cardiff, South Wales, Chiawood was born.
Not all styles are the same; and neither is craftsmanship for that matter.
At Chiawood we pride ourselves on helping you bring your style and vision to life with a quality that stands the test of time. Offering a service as tailored as the product, we can help you revolutionize your space by creating fitted furniture bespoke to your lifestyle.
Built from the ground up by Director James Crossley, the aim of Chiawood Bespoke Furniture has always been to provide exceptional craftsmanship to suit the needs of the modern-day lifestyle. As a skilled carpenter, James’ passion has been to develop a service in South Wales that encompasses the entire journey of fitted furniture with a personal touch.
Over the past few years, James has tailored his work to be focused and committed to just bespoke fitted furniture. With over 16 years of experience and the manufacturing skills firmly under his belt, James got to work on perfecting the final product by investing time and money in state of the art spray equipment. But still, James’ learning journey wasn’t over as he trained in digital design programmes to now offer customers visual 3D designs, allowing them to see what they are getting rather than just taking his word for it.
Chiawood doesn’t aim to compete with the well known brands - we’re keeping it personal. As a family run business you are always speaking with someone who has invested their all into creating a business that prides itself in creating exceptionally crafted furniture with a personal service.
You might know exactly what you want, or need a helping hand - whichever type of customer you are, Chiawood is excited to start working with you to create something that will be the showpiece of your home.
"The best carpenter and workman we’ve used. Would recommend and use again! Their attention to detail and quality of work is top notch. Nothing was too much trouble, even amendments during the project. Their communication was perfect which is rare. Definitely worth it. Thanks guys."
